Featuring 1972 Cougar Yearbook photos from Calhoun Middle School, this artwork celebrates two Denton eighth graders, Russell McFarlan and Laney Lockhart (left to right), designated as being among the school's top ten students. This came only a few years following racial desegregation of Denton's public schools.
